Short description: This research-based project will strengthen the competencies and competitiveness of companies by making it easy for them to hire international employees. Many companies are not ready to hire international employees and lack knowledge about what it requires of them as a company. Therefore, the project has developed a digital tool that provides guidance on how to break down specific barriers and the benefits of doing so.
